Kenilworth Scout District
Steve Sanday – Olympic torch bearer for his services to Scouting for more than 25 years – carried the torch on Sunday 1st July through a crowd of Kenilworth Scouts lining Coventry Road to celebrate this amazing occasion.
Over 150 Scouts of all ages, their parents, friends and local dignitaries packed the Parochial Hall on Saturday 21st January 2012 afternoon to help celebrate Kaye Prentice’s contribution to Scouting over the past 33 years.
My name is Fletcher, I am a comedy magician and a member of 1st Kenilworth Scouts. It was an absolutely amazing experience to perform at Gang Show 80 at the Birmingham Hippodrome and I shall never forget it.
The 4th Kenilworth Scout Group celebrated an historic achievement on 5th March 2012.
Rewarding Scouting achievement, hard work, and , commitment , 9 Scouts (aged 14) were presented with the Chief Scout Gold award by Richard Staveley - District Commissioner Kenilworth Scouts.
On 3rd July 2012 Leek Wootton Beavers and Cubs raced the boats they painted and decorated in the Leek Wootton village pageant flotilla. Despite the weather all involved had a great time and the boats stood up to the challenge.
The British Bee Keeping Association welcomed Leek Wootton Beavers and Cubs to their apiary at the Nationals Agricultural Centre at Stoneleigh.
